Procedure And Time Line For Land Allotment

PROCEDURE

TIMELINE

  • On submission of allotment application to KIADB

    (Payment Terms - 30% of the land cost – initial deposit on allotment of land by KIADB)

    30 days from the date of communication

  • Balance of 70% of the land cost

    90 days from the date of allotment letter

  • Obtaining possession certificate and Execution of lease cum sale deed

    • Allotment on Lease-cum-sale for 10 years for all dimensions

    1 month after confirmation of allotment and within 1 month from the date of possession certificate

  • Development plan/building plan

    Within 6 months from the date of execution of lease cum sale deed

  • Completion of construction of the industrial shed, installation of machinery and commencement of production

    Within 36 to 60 months from the date of posession
